Who operates this website

The website is operated by Neo Partners Inc., doing business as Neo Nails. Our salon is at 426 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33130. You can reach us at Service@neo-nails.com or 305-306-8888.

Information you give us

When you send an appointment request, we may collect:

• First and last name
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Requested services
• Current nail or removal information
• Party size
• Whether this is your first visit
• Requested appointment date and time
• Requested technician
• Allergy information
• Notes you choose to write

When you apply for a job, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and any other information you type into the application form.

We also receive any other information you voluntarily submit through our website forms.

Appointment requests are not confirmed bookings

The website form sends an appointment request. Submitting it does not reserve a time or create a confirmed appointment. We contact you by email or phone to confirm availability. Until we reach you, the time is not booked.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to appointment requests
• Confirm, schedule, and provide salon services
• Send transactional booking confirmations (a message that we received your request)
• Answer customer questions
• Review job applications
• Help keep the site secure and reduce spam or fraud

This website does not have a newsletter signup or an SMS marketing signup. Submitting a form does not enroll you in marketing emails or marketing text messages.

• Firebase Hosting and Google Cloud Functions, which host the website and receive form submissions
• Gmail / Google SMTP, which sends booking and job-form emails to our salon mailbox and, for bookings, a confirmation to the email address you entered
• Google Analytics 4, which measures website use
• Google Ads, including enhanced conversions after a booking request
• Google Maps, used for our location map and review links
• Google Fonts, used to display website typefaces
• Social-media sites we link to (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, X, and YouTube)

These providers process information for their own operational, analytics, advertising, or technical purposes, as described in their policies. We do not send booking-form data to Mangomint. This website does not use a Mangomint booking widget.

We do not sell personal information for money. Analytics and advertising providers may still receive identifiers and activity information as described in this policy. We do not claim that we never share any information with service providers.

Google Ads enhanced conversions

After you submit a booking request, your email address and phone number may be stored temporarily in your browser’s sessionStorage and then provided to Google Ads as customer-provided data so we can measure whether our advertising led to a request. That information is used to measure advertising effectiveness. Neo Nails does not store this booking information in a website database. After the conversion event is processed, those sessionStorage values are removed from the browser. That does not remove Google cookies.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosts and Google’s tools may automatically collect:

• IP address
• Browser and device information
• Pages viewed
• The page that referred you here
• Approximate location derived from IP address
• Advertising identifiers
• Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies
• Activity related to the Google Maps iframe, if you use the map
• Server and security logs

Browser storage

The website may use:

• A localStorage key named nn_lang, used to remember whether you chose English or Spanish
• sessionStorage, for a short time, to measure a booking conversion as described above

The sessionStorage values for booking email and phone are removed after that conversion event is processed. Google cookies are not cleared at that time.

Cookies and advertising

This website currently uses analytics and advertising technologies from Google. Those tools can set cookies and similar identifiers on your device. This site does not implement Global Privacy Control or a Do Not Track signal.

How long we keep information

We keep submitted information only as long as reasonably needed for appointment administration, customer service, employment consideration, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. How long we keep something can depend on the type of information and why we have it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your privacy choices

You may email Service@neo-nails.com to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask how we handle it. We will review requests under applicable law. We may need to verify who you are. We may decline or limit a request when the law or legitimate recordkeeping needs require us to keep information. We do not promise deletion in every case.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the website without appropriate authorization. A parent or guardian may still book or visit with a child for salon services.

Links to other sites

Our pages include links to Google, social networks, and other third-party websites. Those companies have their own privacy practices. This policy does not cover how they collect or use information.
