Neo Nails & Day Spa is hiring a salon coordinator to run the Brickell front desk and floor. This is a full-time spa front desk role for someone who can greet guests, keep bookings moving, and support the technicians — not a sit-and-wait receptionist seat.

About the Position
This Floor Manager / Front Desk Coordinator role sits at the center of a busy luxury nail spa in Brickell. You are the first person a guest sees and the person who keeps the floor on time: phones, the book, check-in, checkout, and the flow between chairs and treatment rooms.

It suits someone with customer-service or hospitality experience who can lead without drama, speak clearly, and handle a full lobby.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
- Greet clients and manage the check-in / check-out process
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions
- Coordinate technician schedules and support the staff on the floor
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and smooth client flow
- Assist with social media and manage online scheduling systems
- Use Microsoft Office and booking platforms as needed
Qualifications
- Professional fluency in English required; Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality
- Strong understanding of both client experience and staff needs
- Highly organized, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Location
Neo Nails & Day Spa, 426 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33130. Hours: Monday–Saturday 10am–8:30pm, Sunday 11am–7pm. Complimentary parking during service.
Compensation
- From $18.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Bi-weekly pay (every two weeks)
