About the Position
This is a chair-level nail salon career for a licensed technician who can work independently and as part of the floor. Clients book manicure and pedicure services, gel and acrylic work, and nail art. The Brickell shop is a full salon and day spa; we are also hiring for Key Biscayne.
We need people who already do clean gel and acrylic work, keep a sanitary station, and can talk a guest through a service without rushing the result.

Qualifications
- Valid Florida Nail Technician License (required)

- Brickell, Miami — Neo Nails & Day Spa, 426 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33130. Hours: Monday–Saturday 10am–8:30pm, Sunday 11am–7pm. Complimentary parking during service.

Compensation
- 50% commission on services
- Technicians keep 100% of their tips — we do not take any portion
- $1,000+ per week based on a consistent 5-day schedule*
- Weekly pay, with bonuses based on performance
- Full-time or part-time; flexible scheduling available
*Earnings depend on experience, performance, and availability. This is commission-based pay, not a guaranteed hourly wage.
